Our standard minimum order quantity is generally 1,000 pieces per design for most custom boxes, bags and packaging accessories. The exact MOQ may vary depending on the product structure, material, printing method, finishing requirements and production process. Yes. We offer two main types of samples: Stock Samples: Available for checking our existing materials, printing, finishes and craftsmanship. You only need to cover the shipping cost. Custom Pre-production Samples: Made according to your selected size, structure, artwork, materials and finishes. A sample fee applies and may be refundable when the subsequent bulk order reaches the agreed quantity. For fully customized packaging, we recommend approving a physical sample before mass production.

Custom sample production generally takes 3–7 working days. Mass production typically takes 7–30 working days after sample approval, artwork confirmation and deposit receipt. The exact lead time depends on the packaging structure, materials, finishing processes, order quantity and seasonal workload. Complex packaging and large-volume orders may require additional production time.

To prepare an accurate quotation, please provide the product type, dimensions, required quantity, preferred material, printing colors, surface finishes, inserts or accessories, artwork files and destination country. Yes. We support CMYK and Pantone color matching across custom boxes, paper bags, fabric bags, tissue paper, swing tags, stickers and other packaging components. Because the same color can appear slightly different on coated paper, uncoated paper, kraft paper, fabric and specialty materials, we recommend reviewing physical samples when precise brand color matching is required. When multiple packaging components are produced together, our team can coordinate colors, materials, printing and finishes to create a consistent brand presentation.

Our standard payment terms are a 30% or 50% deposit before production, with the remaining balance due after production and quality inspection, before shipment. Before the balance payment, we can provide high-resolution photos or videos of the finished products for confirmation. Specific payment arrangements may vary depending on the order value and project requirements.

We implement a structured quality control process throughout production, from incoming materials to final shipment: 1. IQC (Incoming Quality Control): Raw materials such as paperboard, fabrics and inks are inspected before production. 2. IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): Printing, die cutting, lamination, assembly and other production processes are monitored during manufacturing. 3. FQC (Final Quality Control): Finished packaging is inspected for printing defects, structural problems, adhesive residue, surface damage, loose threads and other visible issues. 4. OQC (Outgoing Quality Control): Final checks are performed before shipment, with additional transit or moisture-resistance testing when required by the project. Packing methods are selected according to the packaging structure and shipping method. Finished products are typically protected with appropriate inner packing and packed into export-grade corrugated master cartons. Edge protection, palletization, moisture protection or other protective measures can be added when necessary. Foldable packaging structures may also be shipped flat when appropriate to reduce shipping volume and help control international freight costs. Yes. We ship custom packaging worldwide and can recommend different shipping methods based on order volume, destination, budget and delivery requirements. Common options include express courier, air freight, sea freight and rail freight. Express services such as DHL, FedEx and UPS are commonly used for samples and urgent small shipments, while sea freight is usually the most economical option for large-volume packaging orders. We can also support DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to selected countries, subject to the destination, product type, shipment size and current logistics conditions.
