The exact quantity may vary according to the fabric, bag dimensions, structure, custom-dyed colors, accessories and logo application method. Standard fabrics and simpler structures generally offer greater flexibility than specially dyed materials or complex sewn designs.

Yes. We can produce a custom sample using your selected fabric, dimensions, handles, drawstrings, lining and logo process. Sampling generally takes 3–7 working days after the specifications and artwork have been confirmed. Reviewing a physical sample is recommended for checking the fabric texture, color, stitching, dimensions and logo appearance.

Reusable fabric bags can help extend the useful life of packaging because customers may continue using them after purchase. Options may include cotton, organic cotton, linen-style materials and rPET made with recycled plastic content. Environmental performance also depends on material sourcing, bag durability, manufacturing process and how often the finished bag is reused.

Custom fabric bag mass production normally takes approximately 15–30 working days after sample and artwork approval. Complex sewing, custom-dyed fabric, embroidery and special hardware may require additional time.
