A: Absolutely! We offer two types of samples:

1. Stock Samples: Free of charge (you only pay the shipping cost) to check our material quality and craftsmanship.

2. Bespoke Pre-production Samples: Custom-made with your exact artwork and structural specifications. This involves a sample fee, which is fully refundable once your bulk order reaches a certain volume.

Q: What is your turnaround time for samples and bulk production?

A: Sample Lead Time: 3 to 7 working days for custom structural prototypes. Bulk Production Lead Time: Generally 7 to 30 working days after sample approval and deposit receipt. For complex or high-volume orders during peak holiday seasons, timelines may vary, and we will establish a clear schedule upfront.

Q: How do you control and guarantee product quality?

A: Quality is the baseline of our clinical-grade manufacturing ethos. We implement a rigorous, 4-Stage Quality Control Protocol throughout the entire production lifecycle:

1. IQC (Incoming Quality Control): We strictly test all raw materials—including paperboard density, textile tensile strength, and ink chemical stability—before they enter our workshop.

2. IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): During production, items like cardstock boxes are fully supported by automated machine inspection systems to detect defects in real-time, while our engineers run on-site checks every hour.

3. 100% Manual FQC (Final Quality Control): Before packing, every single gift box, fabric bag, and accessory undergoes a meticulous 100% manual inspection. We strictly reject any units with paper bubbling, loose threads, uneven piping, or adhesive residue.

4. OQC (Outgoing Quality Control): Before shipment, we conduct transit vibration testing and moisture-resistance inspections whenever necessary to ensure your packaging remains flawless during global transit.

Q: How are the items packed to prevent damage during global transit?

A: We treat transit protection with extreme seriousness. Rigid gift boxes are packed flat wherever possible to save shipping costs and minimize friction. All finished goods are wrapped in moisture-proof polybags, and shipped in heavy-duty, 5-layer corrugated master cartons reinforced with edge protectors and palletization. If you have any special packing requirements, please communicate with us—we will do our utmost to accommodate your specific needs.
